STCoaching (previously Smurfit Team Coaches) exist to bring leading edge team and executive coaching to you and your organisation. By bringing the best professional coaches together, we form a strong team of senior professionals whose expertise, academic rigour, real world experience and passion combine to focus on and address your challenge.
Each member of our team has prioritised their own professional development and honed their skills over decades of experience working with leadership in public and private organisations, large and small, national and international. Our industry experience is grounded in Engineering, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Utilities, Information Technology and the Public Sector.
We are a team of coaches, formed by coaches and guided by coaching values.
We found our affinity in our passion for working with high-performing (or not) teams. We found our connection through the Smurfit Graduate Business School coaching programmes.
