From our beginning as Smurfit Team Coaches, we wanted to create an organisation that was defined by the quality of our members and the work we do. All of our coaches hold post graduate qualifications in both Executive and Team Coaching. Our shared connection to the Michael Smurfit Executive Development school underpins and aligns our approach to coaching. Our combination of real-world leadership experience, masters level qualifications and genuine care for our clients is what defines us. Our vision is a shared one.
