Our Approach
We partner with teams to resolve the real challenges and opportunities they face so that the coaching process has an immediate and significant impact on the effectiveness of the team and on the results it can deliver. We create the conditions for teams to find their own long-term solutions which have much more impact, sustainability and competitive advantage than any prescribed solutions. And we aim to develop the team’s own capability to apply new learnings to how they work and grow together.
The nature of Team Coaching is that it happens through a series of interventions between the Team Coaches and the Team. As such it is an emergent process and the coaches will adapt the team coaching process and techniques used to the needs of the Team.
Having a structure to the process and a model of team effectiveness is a key component for understanding and oversight.
Our 6-stage Team Coaching Process
As experienced coaches we draw upon a number of models and frameworks. For illustration, the framework below identifies the relationships between dimensions of effectiveness and conditions in the team. This framework and associated diagnostics allow us to identify the areas the team can focus on, that will have the most significant positive impact to performance.
