David Buggie

David Buggie is an executive and team coach. He is an engineer by profession and previously worked in Siemens, where he held several senior management positions internationally, including Director of Organisational Change for UK and Ireland. He holds postgraduate coaching qualifications from both UCD Smurfit Business School and the Irish Management Institute, and an MBA from the Open University. He has a particular interest in the potential for addressing systemic challenges through team coaching.


Dr Lucy Fallon-Byrne

Dr Lucy Fallon-Byrne is a qualified Executive and Team Coach having graduated from the Smurfit Business School. She is passionate about empowering leaders and their teams to bring about real change and achieve the highest standards of performance for their organisation and their customers. With a proven track record of success in transformation and reform, her particular expertise lies in strategy, culture, organisational change and innovation. Lucy combines a unique skillset to enable leaders and their teams understand their strategic context and purpose, and to achieve the highest standards of performance. Together with her coaching qualifications, she holds a PhD on the dynamics of innovation in organisations, an MBA from the Smurfit Business School and a Masters in Political Science.


Jennifer Campion

Jen is a qualified Leadership Coach and Facilitator with close to 10 years of experience working directly with senior leaders and their teams to enhance performance. Jen brings a structured and supportive coaching approach to help individual leaders and their teams clarify their vision, priorities, roles and the behaviours needed for delivering sustained results in their given context.


Barry O’Sullivan

Barry is an executive and team coach. He has a background in financial services and was Group Director in an insurance, wealth management & employee benefits business. He has coached internally and professionally as an executive and team coach for over 15 years. He holds post-graduate executive and team coaching diplomas and an MSc in Coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School. Barry is faculty lead for the UCD Smurfit Diploma in Team Coaching and tutor on the Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching.


Sean Quigley

Sean is an executive and team coach. He has a Master’s degree in executive and team coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School and a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity. He is an experienced executive and team coach. He has practical experience as a member of senior leadership in the public service and project teams in several organisations. He is a chartered accountant and holds number of non-executive director and trustee positions.


Clodagh Hughes

Clodagh Hughes is a leadership specialist who advises senior leaders on the people and organisational strategies needed for growth. She is a qualified individual and team coach and has been coaching leaders and teams since 2002 . Clodagh is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve breakthroughs in their professional performance. While her coaching style is focused and challenging, she also supports her clients to achieve the goals they set for themselves in a sensitive and non-threatening way. Her coaching philosophy is guided by what she calls her 4 P’s. She works with People and teams to help uncover their Purpose thereby releasing their Passion with the result of enhancing their Performance.


Eimear Sweeney

Eimear is a qualified executive and team coach with over 20 years of experience working across multiple sectors including Tech and Finance. Always dedicated to her personal growth and supporting others, Eimear also holds the position of International Mental Health and Wellbeing manager at Google alongside managing  her own coaching practice.


Mairéad Callanan

Mairéad is an executive and team coach who thrives on working with clients in being at their best in their personal and organisational lives through helping them grow. She supports leaders in increasing their self-awareness and with individuals on their personal and career development aspirations. Her style is warm, engaging, and empathetic.  She seeks to create a strong collaboration with her clients with an appropriate balance between challenge and support.  Her focus is on creating safe space for individuals to learn and develop while facilitating positive outcomes for themselves and their organisations.     


Aileen Gleeson

Aileen Gleeson holds a Masters in Team and Executive Coaching from UCD Smurfit Business School. She has a background in management consulting and supply chain management. She has experience leading great teams in Microsoft and many years working systemically with senior executives in her coaching practice.


Isolde Norris

Isolde is a leadership and team coach and a coach supervisor. Since setting up her practice in 2009, she has coached leaders and teams from a diverse range of industry sectors. Previously, she worked in a number of small Irish owned companies and a start-up before moving to an multinational where she implemented a successful culture change program. She has an MSc in Executive and Team Coaching, an MBA and many years management experience. Her coach training is grounded in the Gestalt process and this strongly influences her approach. She has also trained in yoga, meditation, energy and somatic practices which deepen her knowledge and ability to work with clients at a deeper level when they feel stuck.
