We were delighted to host Engineers Ireland and over 40 senior members on 5th February 2021 for an interactive workshop introducing team coaching to the engineering sector.

Gary O’Callaghan, CEO Siemens Ltd. was interviewed about the story of teams in his business.

We were joined by Professor Ruth Wageman of Harvard University to explore the Science and Art of Highly-Effective Teams.

Participants shared their own experience of coaching, explored the 6-Conditions model and considered the relevance of conditions thinking to their own teams and organisations.

There were some great questions such as; How do you measure the effectiveness of teams? How do you decide which of the conditions to focus on first? How do you leverage diversity for the benefit of the team?
