Smurfit Team Coaches launched our exciting initiative with the American Chamber of Commerce Women in Global Organisations Network. Over 80 Women in Global Organisations Network members attended the event at the impressive Microsoft campus in Leopardstown.
They experienced an organisational simulation exercise through the medium of Team Coaching. We explored the question of team effectiveness, outlined a model to work with and learned why team coaching, as a fresh approach, can be so useful.
This impactful workshop gives participants an experience of life in a typical organisational system. Simple tasks are completed effectively only when the impact of the system is acknowledged. When things don't work so well, we get to examine aspects of the system that may need attention.
